Some printers print on paper, then mount it to a board and hope it stays flat. Ours skips that step entirely.
Meet the Gladi8tor — our Gandy Digital 5×10 UV flatbed. The sheet goes on the bed, the image goes straight onto the sheet, and UV light cures the ink the instant it lands. What comes off the bed is finished, flat, and ready to cut. Here's what that means for the work you send us.
SEE IT WORK
The Gladi8tor printhead laying ink straight onto a rigid sheet, UV lamps curing it the instant it lands. No mounting, no laminating step — what comes off the bed is the finished sign.
Printed straight onto the rigid stuff
Foam board, PVC, acrylic, aluminum composite, corrugated board — the Gladi8tor prints directly on the material your sign is made of. No printed sheet to mount, nothing to bubble, peel, or lift at the edges later. The image and the board are one piece from the first minute, which is why rigid signs off this press look cleaner up close — and stay that way.
A full 5×10 sheet, in one pass

Five feet by ten feet is a lot of sign. Oversize panels, event graphics, presentation checks, lobby pieces, and multi-up sign runs come off the bed in one pass instead of being tiled together from smaller pieces. No seams to line up, no joints to catch the light — and when a job needs ten matching signs, they actually match.
Displays and standees, cut to the shape you drew

Flatbed printing is only half the story; the other half is the cut. Because the print is on rigid stock, we can contour-cut it to the shape in your artwork — life-size standees, counter displays, shaped point-of-purchase pieces, the mascot, the product shot, the logo itself. If you can draw the outline, we can print it and cut it.
Packaging prototypes you can actually hold

Need to see the box before you commit to ten thousand of them? Short-run packaging and prototypes are a natural fit for a flatbed: print a handful on the real board, cut them, fold them, put them on the shelf next to the competition, and decide with your eyes instead of a PDF. Sales samples, launch mock-ups, and pitch pieces that look like the finished product — because, except for the quantity, they are.
Why UV looks different

UV ink cures the moment the lamps pass over it. Color sits crisp on the surface instead of soaking in, fine type stays fine, and the finished piece is durable and ready to finish right away — no drying racks, no waiting, no smudged deadlines. It's the combination our regulars notice without knowing the name for it: sharper, sturdier, and turned around cleanly.
BRING US THE AWKWARD JOB
The oversize panel, the rigid sign that has to look perfect at arm's length, the display shaped like something that isn't a rectangle, the prototype you need in hand for Friday's meeting. Tell us the finished size, where the piece will live, and the date you need it — we'll recommend the material and build the timeline around it. Year-end events, holiday displays, and January trade shows all start with a board on this bed — the earlier the awkward job lands on our schedule, the easier the date is to guarantee.
One press, a lot of your list handled
Rigid signs, displays, standees, prototypes, oversize graphics — one shop, one call, and a team that does the work and the worrying for you.
